cmd -> ntdsutil
ntdsutil: metadata cleanup
metadata cleanup: connections
server connections: connect to server [живой dc]
server connections: quit
metadata cleanup: select operation target
далее выбираем
site
domain
server [мертвый dc]
select operation target: quit
metadata cleanup: remove selected server

2)
Active Directory — Sites and Services
Удаляем мертвый сервак

3)
Чистим DNS

Из mmc:

Schema master
Active Directory Schema

Domain naming master
Active Directory Domains and Trusts

RID master
Active Directory Users and Computers

PDC emulator master
Active Directory Users and Computers

Infrastructure master
Active Directory Users and Computers

Консоль "Active Directory Schema" чаще всего не зарегистрирована, для регистрации:
regsvr32 schmmgmt.dll
Далее запускаем mmc /a и находим там нужную консоль.

Windows 2008:

It MUST be started from the elevated-privilege command window for this procedure to work.
(Start -> Right-click "Command Prompt",select "Run as Administrator")
Type set SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1, and then press ENTER.
Type Start DEVMGMT.MSC, and then press ENTER.
Click View, and then click "Show Hidden Devices".
Expand the Network Adapters tree.
Right-click the dimmed network adapter, and then click Uninstall.

Итак, чтобы восстановить SYSVOL службы NTFRS я делал следующие шаги:
1. Останавливаем службу ntfrs на всех контроллерах домена.
net stop ntfrs

2. Проверяем наличие папок на всех контроллерах домена.

\SYSVOL
\SYSVOL\domain
\SYSVOL\staging\domain
\SYSVOL\staging areas
\SYSVOL\domain\Policies
\SYSVOL\domain\scripts
\SYSVOL\SYSVOL

Если этих папок нет, то создайте их вручную.
